I’m interested in connection, art that happens in everyday places and creating scenarios for people to take agency.
My work involves writing, hosting, listening, making audio, designing rituals and thinking about how to hold various types of grief. It is often intimate, funny, tender, conceptual, confessional and gives reverence to everyday interactions. I have an ongoing obsession with customer service providers.
I have made projects in parks, parties, b&b bedrooms, shops, trams and snooker halls. My work has been supported by Art B&B, At the Libraries, Barbican Centre, Cambridge Junction, Camden People’s Theatre, Contact, GMCA, HOME, Islington Mill, Lowry, Leftcoast, Lancaster Arts, LADA, People’s History Museum, Manchester International Festival, a-n and ACE. I was previously shortlisted for a BBC3 commission.
In 2023 I was an honorary research fellow with the University of York, working within the sociology department, exploring end of life care for humans and animals. I once spent 18 months working for a non-religious church and I am a trained funeral celebrant.

I have a background in producing and community organising. For more details, see Producing.
